DESCRIPTION:
This mentoring workshop will take place after the BalancedBody® Reformer 1 & Reformer 2 modules. Participants dive into refining their teaching skills and manual cueing techniques in this mentoring session.
The session starts with a case study discussion on module-specific topics using test paper material. Participants do exercises covering different body positions and transitions, followed by group discussions and class plan presentations. The session concludes with group practice teaching, receiving detailed feedback to enhance teaching proficiency.
